I never endorse anyone or anything. Opinions expressed in what I send out, may not be shared by me. Everything is for informational purposes only.
People who "advertise" through this newsletter have never been checked out by me. This includes professionals and even people who are interested in babysitting, etc.
Please take the time to throughly check out anyone and everyone that will be working with or caring for your child. We are all sadly aware, through news stories and word of mouth, of people who pray upon special needs children because of their extra vulnerability.
Thank you,
Valerie Dodd-Saraf

New Evidence-Based Book Finally Here: A Politically Incorrect Look at Evidence-Based Practices and Teaching Social Skills
A Literature Review and Discussion by Michelle Garcia Winner 10% off until May 23
"A must read - Michelle challenges professionals and caregivers to think more deeply, and practice more consciously, in helping individuals with ASD to acquire and apply social-knowledge in their lives. In building on her seminal work in social thinking, Michelle argues effectively for an important and more thoughtful alternative to behaviorally-based social skill 'training' approaches, which are so limited in honoring the complexity of individuals with ASD".
